Can't connect the Versa 3 Controls to my iPhone

Hi @JanBristol  - did you try logout of the Fitbit app?

Login and sync.

In the watch Settings, Vibration & audio, Music and on-wrist calls, turn on and sync again.

Failing that, logout and login and run "+ Set up a Device" and replace.

Note you only need a Versa 3 Bluetooth entry for syncing and notifications. Versa 3 controls is only used for music control or on-wrist calls.

As a first approach, please follow @Guy_'s steps. 

Additionally, please note that Versa 3 Controls might be listed as “Not Connected” in the list of Bluetooth devices on your phone. When you receive a phone call, the controls automatically reconnect. This feature requires more frequent charging. For more information, see How do I take on-wrist phone calls with my Fitbit smartwatch?
