Can’t connect to MyPTHub

I have just bought a Versa Lite and having problems connecting to my fitness app, MyPTHub. Any reason why this might not work?

Hi, your app is not supported by Fitbit, therefore I would suggest you to place your request in the Feature Suggestions Board, which is especially developed for these kind of questions. Press the link and on the top right side of this page you will see: "Make a new Suggestion". Press that and post your request there.
