I need to add music to my watch because I can't carry around my phone when I play basketball, the only reason I actually bought the watch is to download music to it now I can't even do that without getting deezer and I'm not paying for that. How can I download my music to it or is it bricked?

@wasd3214   I’m sorry, but there’s no way to transfer your personal music to your Versa.

So there's no other way to get music on the Fitbit for free?

You might want to check with customer support. I don't use music on my Luxe.

@LZeeW Not even with an old version of the application? I understand the app might have been retired but I assumed the old version could still work.

I'm puzzled about this decision by Fitbit. It's like if I buy a car with a certain optional (say, to remain in the field of music, a car stereo system with 12 speakes and a subwoofer) and a couple of years later the manufacturer comes to my house and dismantle the system from my car without any compensation or agreement from my side.

@Dopovo   Fitbit deactivated both the Fitbit app for Windows 10 and Fitbit Connect on the same day.  I know that Fitbit notified Fitbit Connect users by email in July.  This change also affects more than music transfer.  It also affects users of older devices that don’t own smartphones.

I’m puzzled by this, too.  As you know, CC members aren’t employees.  We don’t have any more insight that any other users about Fitbit decisions.

I know @LZeeW you, as CC, can't do anything about it. But apparently not even Fitbit employees (moderators and support) know much more.

Thanks for your hard work.
