It reads

Can't link accounts: one of these accounts is already linked. I've been trying to add friends for hours and so far nothing has worked. It won't let me add contacts either. Error code 403.

I'm having the same problem. I even went to my Facebook to delete/unlinked the fitbit app and try to reconnect from the Fitbit app and it doesn't let me. So annoying and frustrating. This seems to be an issue that has been going on for years as I tried to look for answers and troubleshooting.

Exact same error message. 

All help sections including links to solved tell you to just click connect to Facebook, so ridiculously patronising, as if anyone hasn't tried that first!
