I got a Versa 2 yesterday and everything works apart from Alexa as I cant login to my Amazon account on the app, when I press the login with Amazon button I just get a blank white screen on my main phone (Poco F1), so I tried my old phone a (Nexus 6) and get "Unable to connect, There is a error connecting to your Amazon account please try again".
I have the fitbit skill enabled, and it works fine when I ask Alexa on my dot to ask Fibit how I'm doing today or slept last night? but the fitbit is show as offline all the time in the devices on the Alexa on my phone's.
I have have removed all the software and factory reset the Watch a couple of times and still get stuck at the login, I tried googling but couldn't seem to find anything that helped, any help would be appreciated.

I've been onto Amazon tech support for over an hour reinstalling the software and checking settings and I still cant log into my Amazon account. So they conclude the problem isn't with my set up and something at there end stopping me logging in.
So unless Fitbit or here can find a solution I guess I'm going to return the watch, as Alexa was one of the main reasons for me getting it.

I have the same problem. Fitbit has not been at all helpful with customer support either
