Can't connect to my Bluetooth and not receiving notifications.

I have a Samsung galaxy S20 Ultra. My Versa 2 fitbit will not connect. Keeps saying I need an app for that. I'm also not getting notifications.  I've only had my watch for 2 weeks. It worked good for a week only.

There have been some recent problems,

 

As first steps

 

Restart the watch

 

Shut down the watch

[ Swipe left, Settings,

at the bottom, About,

at the bottom, Shutdown]

 

wait a minute


Start the watch

[Hold the button till it vibrates or logo appears]

Wait for the clock to reappear.

 

Turn Bluetooth off/on on the phone

 

Check for a connection

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle

it should say "a moment ago"
