Can't connect to my Versa

I can't connect with my versa, it connected once but wasn't able to finish the updates. The watch finished and seems to be working fine, but the phone doesn't think it did and now doesn't see it at all. I factory reset the watch to no avail. I also forgot the Versa on my phone and tried it again. Reset the phone next, still nothing. Tried it on wifi and off. I have a Samsung Note 8

Hello @Munzyqta3 it is not the phone or the fitbit app that doesn't realize that the update went through, but it is the fitbit server in the cloud. 

Normally the answer is to setup the tracker as a replacement device. 

However if you have done a factory reset, then the firmware update will need to be reloaded. 

A factory reset will remove the the update.
