I was really looking forward to using the bitmoji watch face on my fitbit versa lite but when I go to the face in the app, then hit settings, nothing happens whenever I tap the “connect” button to connect to snapchat for my bitmoji. any advice? (I also already uninstalled and reinstalled the fitbit app in case that was the problem, it wasn’t)

@AlvaroFitbit this wasn’t the problem I have. I understand how to change the watch face which I made clear, it simply doesn’t work. all permissions are on but when I click “connect” in the watch face settings, nothing happens.

Same problem. The login button just spins and nothing happens.
