I can't connect my versa 2 to my laptop but it pairs fine with my phone?!

 

Can't transfer music??

The Versa 2 can only connect with iPhones, iPads and Android devices. It does not work with Windows 10.

@Loserlipsx   You don't need to be able to sync your Versa 2 with your laptop to transfer music.  Read this Help article in detail: How do I listen to music and podcasts on my Fitbit watch? , especially the part about scrolling down for the Mac/PC options.  Part way down the article, In the "How do I download .... " section, look at the Mac section.  There is a video there that isn't in the PC section.  It says it is for Ionic, but the steps are the same for Versa 2.
