Hi there,
When I connect the BT earbuds to the Versa 2, it connects fine and is able to play music, but the touch controls on the buds do not work. Ie. I cannot skip track, inc/dec volume, pause/play etc.
Am I just not getting something? The Buds plus work fine (controls and all) on the phone (Samsung S9+).

If you're referring to Spotify music, please know you can only use the Spotify app to control the music playing in the Spotify on your phone or other Spotify Connect device. For more information, see: How do I control music playing on Spotify?
