Can't control music while in workout mode

I've got the Fitbit Versa Lite and I can't use the music controls while workout mode is on.  It just disconnects after a minute or so. Any suggestions? Thanks

@Tasha87 Welcome to the Community. Sorry for the delayed reply. 

 

Thanks for letting me know that your music control is disconnecting when you start your workout. I would like you to make sure you're doing this procedure to user music control. Are you using third party headphones or are you controlling music on your phone?
