Can't control phone music on versa 2 watch

I'm struggling to use the music control function on my versa 2 watch. If I go on my versa 2 at the music control it says "pair your phone in your settings app, under Bluetooth". It is paired on my phone's Bluetooth settings and if I click on the Versa 2 at the Bluetooth setting it says "An app is needed for this device", although I do have the fitbit app on my phone and everything is working perfectly on their. I also do get notifications on my watch, it is just the music that doesn't want to work. My previous phone was an iPhone and it worked perfectly and now I have a Samsung. Any advice to fix this?

Hi @Johannete on the phone you want to pair the Versa 2 Classic.

Once paired on the Versa 2 we need to set Music Control to the phone.

Now let's start playing some music or a video on the phone.

You should now be able to control the media.

Android controls music through Classic Bluetooth while on ios music is controlled through BTLE

Okay thank you. But on my Bluetooth only versa 2 pops up not versa 2 classic
