Can't delete alarms on my Versa 3

It says I cannot create new alarms till I delete old ones. I went into the dashboard on a desktop there was no option. I tap them there is no option to remove, i slide left or right no option to remove. I don't seem to have an option tto delete them so how do I clean them up? I didn't even make them all

I have tried. It won’t let me delete them. I tried on the device and there is no trash icon that pops up no matter I tap or swipe. In the Fitbit app I cannot find them following the steps provided as when I click my device there is no “alarms and reminders” tab

In addition to the steps you've done so far, please try restarting your Versa 3 by following these steps. Then, please  open the Alarms app > tap the alarm > tap the trash icon or Remove. You may need to swipe up to see this option.
