Can't delete apps on my Versa

My fitbit is super slow and when I get on specifically apps its full and too slow to uninstall anything I tried factory resetting multiple times but after set up all apps get back on automatically and I'm not talking about the usual weather activity and all that preloaded stuff someone please help
