Can't delete old messages

I can't seem to delete a old message off my versa. However I'm able to delete new ones? Is there a reset? I've done the "clear" and " clear all" and suggestions?

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing that you're unable to delete an old message on your watch, but can delete the new messages. Thank you for your efforts to resolve this. While restarting the watch may clear the messages, our team is aware of this issue and we're working to identify a resolution as quickly as possible. I appreciate your patience and understanding.
