All of a sudden I cannot design my own clock face in the app like I used to in the past. It does only give me the option to choose from the designed clock faces but not create an own one.

It's great to see you here @SunsetRunner.
There's a clock face named "Maker", which give you the option to create your own clock face, you can try with this one and if you experience any issue, contact the developer of this clock face. To change your clock face, follow the instructions in the help article How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?.
Let me know how it goes. ![]()

I liked the sound of making my own watch face, however after attempting to switch to Maker, it did not install the watch face correctly and now I am stuck with "Clock Error" and I cannot install any watch faces

A warm welcome to the Community @Rogocop9 and @SunsetRunner thanks for the update.
@SunsetRunner I am glad to hear that this issue has been resolved. If there is anything else we can help you with, do not hesitate to post it. Now @Rogocop9, as mentioned in my previous post, if you experience any issue, contact the developer of this clock face.

AlejandraFitbit, I have searched for the "Maker" clockface but am unable to locate it. I would like to try to make a face showing main data in larger numerals.
I am in My Clock. Where should I look?
