Can't dictate text message responses by voice

I'm a new fitbit user.  I have the Versa 2.  Why am I not seeing the microphone icon whenever I receive a text message so that I can dictate a text response by voice?

Which mobile phone are you using? Quick replies are only supported on Android devices.

If you are using an Android device, have you checked to see if its on the compatibility list (here).

I had not seen that list.  I have a moto e5 plus, and I don't see that on the list..  So I guess that explains why I cannot do voice response.

You can try opening the Fitbit app on your phone - tap on your profile picture - tap Versa 2 - scroll down to notifications and tap - scroll down to voice replies and make sure it's toggled on.

When you receive a message. Tap on message, tap on reply. Tap on the Alexa icon.
