The Fitbit app store is not allowing me to download the Fiit app for my Versa. It is saying to make sure the device and app is up to date and I have checked this, all latest updates are installed but it still won't let me install the app. Any ideas?

Are you talking about the phone app? If so, Android or Apple?
Or are you talking about a firmware update?

So I have an android phone but the Fiit app is to download/install on to my versa via the Fitbit app on my phone. This is what comes up on the screen, the install button is greyed out.

@Mhgn10 The most common reason you can't download an app from the Fitbit App Gallery is that you don't have the current firmware. You say you are using a Versa and its current firmware is 32.72.1.9. An update might be rolling out, but you don't get any kind of notification and you can't get it on your own. Can you check your firmware?
That app is definitely compatible with the entire Versa family of smartwatches.
Just added: I noticed a "blue banner" thread at the top of the page concerning a Versa/Ionic firmware update. There is a notation that says it should be 100% complete. Another reason to check.
