ok so i wanted to transfer my music to my versa using my mom school computer and it wasn't working it didn't let me download the fitbit app on her computer some please tell me solution she has a windows 8 by the way

Yes it'll surely have issues because FITBIT officially supports WINDOWS 10 laptops not the WINDOWS 8 laptops. So especially for VERSA you should use latest WINDOWS 10 laptops.
