Just got my versa and cannot get the app to download, any suggestions? I've cleared my phone, Reset bluetooth.

@Kenzibit mentioned an important detail. Please make sure that your phone is in the compatible devices list that he shared above. Besides this details, please let us know if you get any error message when you try to download the app. If possible, provide a screenshot of the error message. Please follow the steps listed in this help article in order to learn how to add pictures to your posts in the Community.

The versa was connected to the phone and somehow disconnected. When I try to connect again, I get this message.
