Just got my versa and cannot get the app to download, any suggestions? I've cleared my phone, Reset bluetooth.

It was recently setup on my LG G3 but something happened and it disconnected.

@amatney1 Thank you for getting back! Since your Versa got disconnected from your LG G3, please try the setup process again as described in this help article.

The versa was connected to the phone and somehow disconnected. When I try to connect again, I get this message.
