Hi, I’m trying to download Spotify to my versa and when I click on to it from the app section the install button is greyed out. 

I’ve made sure I’ve got the most up to date version of Fitbit.

@RosieLJohnson Welcome to our Fitbit Community. Regarding the Spotify installation issue that your Versa has experienced, I appreciate the time spent trying to get it resolved before contacting our forums.

Please make sure that you are following the steps listed in this help page when trying to install the app and see if the app can be installed properly.
