Hi
Every time I try to download an app onto my versa 2, it won't install. I didn't have this problem when I first got it about 6 months ago. It starts to download the app, and fails, reverting back to 'install'.
I have wifi connected, the Fitbit app syncs it, but refuses to download apps. Any ideas?

Hi there, @jas-l2018. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the issue with your Versa 2.
Even though you have Wi-Fi connected, please it is working correctly and that your network type is compatible with your watch. Then move on to the troubleshooting steps if needed. For more information, see Why won't my Fitbit watch connect to Wi-Fi?
Your Fitbit watch can connect to open, WEP, WPA personal, and WPA2 personal Wi-Fi networks. Your watch won’t connect to 5GHz, 802.11ac, WPA enterprise, or public Wi-Fi networks that require logins, subscriptions, or profiles. If you see a captive portal when connecting to the Wi-Fi network on a computer, the network isn’t supported. A captive portal opens a web page in your browser and could ask for a username and password, payment, or acceptance of terms. For instructions, see How do I find my Wi-Fi network password and security setting?
Also, verify that the mobile phone you're using meets the requirements to operate properly with the Fitbit app. You can find that formation here https://www.fitbit.com/global/us/technology/compatible-devices
If you found out that your phone is listed on the ones which often exhibit compatibility issues, this will affect how your Versa 2 connects and works with the Fitbit app. While there isn't a guarantee that it'll always work, let's try the following steps to connect your devices to Wi-Fi:

Hi.
I followed the steps.
1. Open Fitbit appinfo and clear cache and force stop, reboot phone
2. Turn off Fitbit and turn it back on
3. Forget Fitbit in Bluetooth/wifi settings
4. Open Fitbit app and tap the rubbish bin icon to remove Fitbit
5. Setup as new device
After the watch rebooted, I installed three apps successfully, but after that apps still no longer install.
My wifi is compatible with the app I think.
I'd love to not have so much hassle getting an app on my Fitbit.

I thought it might because I was going to 3rd party apps to install apps, rather than the gallery. I did go through all the apps installed and noticed I had a paid app installed without realising. I uninstalled it
I have zero idea why it isn't working. Thanks for the help.
I should note that in Fitbit settings on the watch, under about > ip address it says 'wifi off'

I don't mean to be inappropriate, it's my first post, but the issue is far from solved.
Not one single app will install on my versa 2. I'm going to get a better quality one in November anyway.
If anyone else has a proper solution please let me know.
Thankyou.
