Trying to add a new app to my watch but every time I try the screen pops up saying there is no network connection and to retry yet my watch is connected to Wi-Fi. I've tried several times both from the app store and in my watch settings ....same message. I have shut down my watch restarted, I've reconnected to wifi over again and still nothing

Hi @Linzyc - have a look how your phone is setup even if WiFi is working normally. See No Internet connection
