When I try to download apps and switch clock faces, it says Versa is not connected. My mobile device is an Android and it is connected and paired to my Versa. This is very frustrating! What can I do to fix this?

It's great to see you in the Fitbit Community @Andimomma. Sorry for the delayed response.

From an Android device you can verify permissions are enabled for the Fitbit app if you go to:

Settings > apps > Fitbit > app settings

You can find information about the Fitbit app running in the background on this article.

If you need further assistance, please let me know.
