Can't download certain clock faces on my Versa

So the “select” button on all but about three that I looked at (and I looked at a lot) of clock faces are gray rather than red, not allowing me to install it. It has a message saying to make sure my app and device are up to date prior to download. Both my app and device are completely up to date, so I’m not sure what’s happening.

Hi there @Samanthafahner, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the error you're getting when trying to download certain clock faces and for making sure that your Versa and Fitbit app are up-to-date.

Before getting started, please note the following:

  • To update the clock face on your watch, you must have no more than 38 apps installed.
  • Some clock faces have different color themes or other settings. To adjust the settings of a clock face, tap the installed clock face > Settings.
  • Many clock faces also require access to certain stats or other information. Note that turning off any of these permissions might cause the clock face to stop functioning. To adjust what a clock face has access to, tap the installed clock face > See all details > Permissions.

For more information, see: How do I change the clock face on my Fitbit device?

If you continue having issues even after taking in consideration the above information, try the following steps:

- Log out from your Fitbit app
- Restart your Versa
- Log back into the Fitbit app
- Try selecting the clock faces again

Let me know the outcome, I'll be around.
