Can't download clock faces Versa

None of the clocks appear to be available for download, any suggestions on what to do?

It had completed downloading and syncing in the initial set up but it
wouldn't allow me to do anything.
I've since deleted the app and then reloaded as well as unsynced the fitbit
before syncing again. Everything appears to be working now.

Welcome, 

very difficult to help you as I'm and android user as well and I have plenty of clockface available.

Can you please tell us

- what phone you are using

- confirm you are using a Versa

- explain if you don't see any clockface or yo have error on downloading

- in case, post a picture of the empty page of the app store

Hi it is a Fitbit Versa. when I open the app to download a clock all the
clocks available state that the clock cannot be installed onto my device

Does the download start and the stop giving the error?

Does the same page gives you the error before to download them?

Or just when you click the clockface you get the error?
