Can't download clock faces on my Versa 2 anymore

I have lost my clock face on versa2– trying to get new one, but when go to fitbit app and go to account the only thing that pops up is my name and email— nothing else now since update— how do i get to the clock faces now? Have lost my clickface on versa2, and want to get it back!!!

Hi there, @Cyschaef12. Welcome to the Fitbit Community Forums. It's sad to hear that you cannot download clock faces on your Versa 2 anymore. I understand where your concern is coming from. I will be glad to help you with this! 

As per the description of your post, it seems to me that your Versa 2 is no longer paired to your Fitbit account. To confirm whether it's paired, tap the Today tab, and then tap Devices. 

If your Fitbit device is not paired, please set it up again by following these steps. Then, try checking if you can now download clock faces on your Versa 2.

It shows it is paired to the account that is why i am so confused— keeping
accurate steps/miles etc!!!

@Cyschaef12 Thanks for the details provided in your last post. 

In addition to the steps we've done, please try the following:

- Restart your Versa 2
- Log out from the Fitbit app
- Force quit the Fitbit app
- Log back in to the Fitbit app
- Sync your Versa 2 and try changing the clock face

I got out of the quick screen— not sure how— that is a pia—- and somehow
was able to get my screen back so all is good!!!
