I downloaded a few clock faces once thinking that they downloaded into the "my clocks" but they weren't. When I went to redownload them, it gave me an error sign on my watch screen and kept saying "could not download clock face" or something along those lines. How can I fix this issue?

Hi @Emilyg91 - the first thing to do is to restart both watch and phone and sync.
Then on the watch long press the screen, the Clock App should start and it should enable you to change clocks [if any got loaded].
If you don't get this behaviour check which firmware level you have - see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? for the latest version level.
