Was sent replacement Versa Lite after previous face broke, states refurbished all over the packaging and took weeks to arrive. Appears to sync with my app but no clock face working, no options to select in app and no signs of any other features working.

Hi there @GemmaLeeds, welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for sharing the details about the inconvenience with your Versa Lite. We‘re taking into consideration your comments and sentiments with regards to our products and services.
Since you have just setup your new Versa Lite it may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48-72 hours after setup and since your watch is not running one of the most recent versions it's not letting you download certain clock faces or app.
I've moved your post to Other Versa Smartwatches for organization purposes.
Please keep me posted if after the 48-72 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.
