Can't download coach on Versa 2

I'm trying to download coach onto my versa 2 off the fit bit app and every time I try it says 'install Failed, try again later' I have full internet connection and don't understand why this is happening any help would be appreciated.

I have the same problem. I tried installing coach onto my versa 2 and it gives an error. I tried reinstalling the fitbit app, factory resetting the watch, and clearing the app cache. I use android for my phone.

 

I also noticed that the Walgreens versa app doesn't sync information properly.
