This is my 2nd Versa2, I had my other one less than a month and it quit swiping. It took over a month for Fitbit to send me a replacement. Anyway, I got the new one Friday night, it's Sunday morning and I still haven't been able to add music. I have followed all of the how-to's on Google and on the Fitbit website. My watch is connected, it syncs to my PC, it is connected to my home wifi, bluetooth is turned off on my iPhone & iPad, but when I try to transfer music, the transfer app can't find my watch. What is the deal? Why is it so difficult to add personal music? This is so frustrating, it shouldn't be this hard. Looking at the Fitbit forum, I am not the only one having issues. Fitbit needs to work not only on their app but also on their customer service.
