Can't download music on my Versa 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I just got my versa 2 a few days ago. I went through the whole set up process and when I went to sync my playlists from Deezer is says adding music then goes back to the no music screen after only a few seconds. I have left the watch on the charger at night with my phone next to it with the app open with no luck. I have tried the troubleshooting suggestions with also no luck.

I have disconnected and reconnected Bluetooth and wifi. Tried doing it in
the room with the router. Restarted the Versa 2 and phone. Tried force sync
( it's says downloading 0% for max of 10 seconds then goes back to the no
music added). Tried just waiting a few days with the app on and the Fitbit
charging. I have done basically everything on the troubleshooting page.
