I have tried everything to get music to transfer to my my new versa 2. I have followed all the instructions and the fitbit connect does not work. I continue to put in my password and it gives me error message saying not able to connect. Please help. I have spent over an hour trying to figure this out. Fitbit this process needs to be made way easier!

To better assist you with the Fitbit Connect issue, can you please let me know which computer are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then?
