Hi, I'm trying to download music onto my Versa, and neither the Deezer nor my Personal music app work. So if I try with Deezer, my phone just tells me "Preparing music for download" but actually never starts the download.
If I try to use the Fitbit Connect to download my personal music, it doesn't work either. I cannot connect to Fitbit Connect. Different articles tell you to turn on your WiFi and disconnect Bluetooth, but the WiFi on my Fitbit app only stays connected when the Bluetooth on my phone is on, so weird.
Anyone else had this problem? Is it normal that the WiFi connection keeps dropping on my Fitbit app?

It's great to welcome you @Nico_82.
If you are having issues downloading your music to your Versa, I recommend following the instructions provided in the help article Why can't I download music and podcasts to my Fitbit watch?.
I hope this helps, let me know the outcome.

I followed all those directions and still cannot get anything to download to the Versa. This was not made very user friendly. It would be nice if you could sync it to your phone and transfer music that way.

Hate to dance on graves here but I wasted 5 hours last night trying to use the clunky process to transfer music to my brand new versa. Returned it today and bought a Samsung gear sport. Best decision I’ve made. Had music (and entire album) on the watch (copied straight from phone) in 5 minutes.
