My charge 2 is dying so I went and bought the Versa. I liked the idea of being able to download music. After 4 days of trying everything (and I mean every trick) out there to get it to download my playlist from Deezer, I have finally given up. This is going back to the store and I will live with my Charge. Not worth my time and frustration any longer!

@klmsgm, it's great to see you in our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear about the difficulties you've experienced while trying to download music from Deezer. I totally understand how frustrating this is for you.
If you haven't returned your watch, I'd like you to follow the steps that are listed in this help article, which explains how to listen music on your Fitbit watch.
Let me know if the issue gets fixed.

I'm with you! Bought a Versa 2 in hopes of ditching my glitchy Mighty Spotify player that I use while running. Yes, Spotify is available as an app, but you must have you phone nearby to use. I don't want to carry my phone while I run. Then I tried multiple ways of downloading music and none of them worked. I am returning my Versa 2 and will keep using my Charge 2 until the process is easier to download music.
