I can get new clock faces off app, they show up on my phone but with a small down arrow. but are not on watch.

Let me help you syncing your new clock faces on your Versa 2. This is odd but I suggest you remove any stored (or at least one) clock face from your device. Then try installing a new one. You can also try restarting your Versa 2 before attempting these steps.
