Can't download paid clock faces to Versa 2

Why cant I download a clock face to my versa 2 

I have bought 2 faces and tried to download several free ones ..but none of them work ..the fitbit app wont connect. Just a circle going round....why ..???

I'm sorry to hear you are having an issue downloading clock faces. Have you tried giving your Versa a restart? If not, please hold down the button for 10+ seconds until the screen goes dark and reappears with the Fitbit logo. This often clears up any issues. Fingers crossed it does the trick for you.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. To better assist you with this, can you please let me know which mobile device are you using? When was the first time you experienced this issue and how many times since then? In the meantime I receive your answers, I recommend you to restart your Versa 2 as @MarciM suggested and then please try the following steps to troubleshoot the Fitbit app:

 

  1. Force quit the Fitbit app.
  2. Uninstall the app from your mobile device.
  3. Make sure that the OS version of your phone is up to date.
  4. Reboot your mobile device.
  5. Reinstall the Fitbit app.
  6. Login using your account credentials.
