Tried to download the bit Moji watch face, and it just keeps spinning. I know it said it would take a bit of time, but it’s been four days! I’ve tried shutting down my apps and reloading them, but it still just keeps spinning. Any suggestions?

Sad to hear that you're having an issue with your Versa Lite.
As a first attempt to hopefully get things fixed, please keep your device's button pressed for around 10 seconds until you'll see the Fitbit logo on it's display.
I'll keep my fingers crossed.

@shmack as fun as that clock face may be, I've used that clock face in the past and caused all kinds of problems. I would not use that clock face.
