I have tried a couple of times to download the C25K app but it will not let me. When it goes to install it comes back with the message, Unable to connect to Versa,please make sure your Fitbit is nearby. My Fitbit is right beside it. What am I doing wrong? Please help!

Hi, in order to answer you correctly, I installed this app on my own Versa. After the installation, I got to my Versa ans clicked it and it started by saying: "Start" week 1day 1, pressing that started the app with the message "Warming up" . So it worked for me at my Versa. Did you after installing it, wait for a few secs on the installation page to see "Permissions" showing up. If not, remove it from your Versa and reinstall it intill the Permissions are shown. Press that and make sure are all enabled. Reboot if nessary your Versa, and the app will work for you. good luck!

@Kpalmer81 we need to fix the communication problem between the phone and the ionic.
Have you restarted both?
