Versa 2 will not let me get sp02 clock face

Hi there, @Marymalec1. Welcome to the forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post about the inconvenience with your Versa 2.

As per the description of your post, it seems like your Versa 2 is pretty new, isn't it? If this describes your issue, note the Versa 2 may appear up to date but it needs another update. The latest update isn't available until up to 48 hours after setup and please know that in order to get the SpO2 clock face, your Versa 2 has to be updated. For more information, see What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? 

Please keep me posted if after the 48 hours you're still not receiving the most recent version of your watch.
