Can't download the Stargazer clock face on my Versa 3

My Ionic had clockface "Stargazer". Forced to return Ionic, now have Charge 3. Found Stargazer, but it won't load. Any help would be appreciated.

Hi @Frank906 - Do you have a Versa 3 or Charge?

If the former check which level of firmware do you have, in watch Settings, About Versa 3, System info. The latest is here What's changed in the latest Fitbit device update? 

If you are on an old version you may not be able to load it as the clock face is for more recent firmware levels.

If you have a different problem you can post it.
