Can't download watch faces to Versa

There are some faces I want, but say I can't down load to my versa. Why?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to the forum. Does your Versa sync without any issues? Do you receive notifications? When was the last sync (open Fitbit app, tap on the Versa icon and scroll down to the sync section)?

@SunsetRunner Welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'm sorry to hear that the clock faces that you want on your Versa are not downloading. I would like to follow up on this issue and would like to know if the issue persists or if your Versa has the clock faces that you want.

 

In the meantime, please restart your Versa as described in this help article. After this, select the clock faces again and sync your tracker as advised my friend @Marrrmaduke and see if the clock faces were added.
