When I go to adjust the times it won’t save and the times appear as 7pm and 3.30am respectively. I’ve tried several times now and different ways but still not working.

To better assist you, may I know if you've tried logging out and logging back into your Fitbit app? Are you getting any error messages? Are you able to edit or adjust anything else on the Fitbit app?
