Can’t end workout in swim mode

Hi, I’ve had my Fitbit for nearly 9 months and regularly use it to swim. However, this morning I can’t seem to end the swim workout. It has a yellow dot next to the pause button that I’ve bever noticed before, and is not responding when I press the pause button on the side or on the screen. I’ve dried the Fitbit out but still can’t get it to finish.

Hi @Bfreem  Try restarting the Versa a few times and see if that gets it out of swim mode.

I wasn’t able to shut down the Fitbit, couldn’t get off the swim workout screen. Battery died eventually and seems to have reset itself. However the bottom right button does not appear to be working still.

Can you press the button? Does it move, or is the button physically stuck? If stuck see if there is any debris you can see that you could dislodge with a toothpick? If it isnt physically stuck try restarting your Versa several times using the two button method. If that doesnt work then go to the settings app and restart your Versa from there. If the button still wont work please come back here.
