Can't factory reset or sync Versa

Cant factory reset, needs to sync & i cant sync my versa again, any help plz

It is inadvisable to factory reset an out of warranty watch in case it dies in the process.

 

Restart both watch and phone first, making sure that there are no other Bluetooth devices turned on. And try again.
