I contacted chat but had to disconnect to get to my profile and then I couldn't remember what he told me to do.  I went back to Chat but it's not available.

I've have not had  Alexa revoked on the Fitbit website.  Anybody have an idea where I can find it on my Versa 3?

Hi there, @bacardistuff. Welcome to the Community Forums. Thanks for the details provided in your post and the screenshot attached.

Have you checked if your location hasn't been changed accidentally to a country where Alexa is not supported or have you moved to another country recently? As @SunsetRunner has pointed out, Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant are only available in certain languages and countries at this time. For more information, see fitbit.com/voice.

For troubleshooting steps, see How do I use a voice assistant on my Fitbit smartwatch?

Note that you can have only 1 active voice assistant at a time. To switch to a different voice assistant, first disconnect your active voice assistant. For more information, see How do I disconnect my voice assistant?

If you continue having issues, please the best way to get help for this problem is to chat with us online again or give us a call. Click here to get connected.

Hope this helps.
