where is fitbit pay?

Hello @lukakiria and welcome to the Community. Where are you located? I tried to find your location by searching for GEOCELL, your mobile provider. I didn't find much.

Hi @lukakiria - if you had it previously in the app or in case it is an app problem try Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Make sure there are no other devices running the Fitbit App switched on.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

"Fitbit Pay will no longer be available starting July 29, 2024*. Set up Google Wallet in the Fitbit app (version 4.14. 1 or higher) to continue making contactless payments using your Fitbit device."
