Can't find Versa after Ace 2 setup

I set up an ace 2 on the fitbit app, family account, already have a versa. Now when I go into the app, I only see the ace 2 stats, not my versa. I can't sync my versa because i can't find it in the app. ???

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Puro. I am sorry for the delayed response. 

 

I appreciate your participation in the Forums and sharing the difficulty you're experiencing with syncing your Fitbit Versa and checking your stats after you created a family account and set up the Ace 2 tracker. Since you see Ace 2 stats, you might be in the kid view. Please do the following:  

 

  1. Tap the Today tab User-added image, and tap the profile picture.
  2. Tap Switch to Parent View.
  3. When prompted, enter your password.
