I misplaced my Fitbit versa 2 last night when I took it off to take a shower. I can’t find it. It is still connected via Bluetooth to my phone and when I open the Fitbit app it automatically syncs so I know I’m closed to it. I have tried the find my Fitbit apps and the LightBlue app but to no avail. Any other suggestions on finding it???

Hi there @Mustang69rox, welcome to the Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear about your misplaced Versa 2. Thanks for the steps you've tried so far in order to locate it.

Sometimes these kind of devices find the strangest places to hide. I guess you'd have to think hard to remember where you were the last time you took it off your wrist before taking the shower. People have found devices in a crevice of a car, in between bed sheets, under nightstands and taken off to a pet's hiding spot. It could still turn up.

Please make sure you've also tried following the suggestions below to find your Versa 2:

  • Check your dashboard to see the last time your device synced. If it synced recently, it's likely within range of your phone.
  • If you use a clip-on device, check the clothes you were most recently wearing.
  • Take your phone to the area where you think you lost your device and try to sync it. If your device syncs, it's nearby. For more information about how to sync your device, see How do Fitbit devices sync their data?
