I have an iPhone 13 & downloaded some holiday clock faces which are not showing up on my Fitbit Versa 3. Does anyone know where they are or how to recover them?

Hi @Schaff929 - In the Fitbit App, sync the watch, then click profile photo, device photo, Gallery tile, and make sure the device is selected in the top tab.
You will see your current clock face and below "My clocks" any others you have installed. You can select any one of these and sync.
Also on the watch you can long press the screen [or swipe the face to the left and click on Clocks]. You can choose there which clock face to use.
However if you factory reset your watch for some reason they may not show in either place depending on circumstances, but those are the places to look.
